Inspired by true events, GUYS NIGHT is a compelling and heartwarming story about one of the most important aspects of life - family.

Taking place in 1985...it's a ‘traumedy’ about the struggles of divorce - exploring a year in the life of three boys getting into some mischief while learning how to cope with their mother leaving...and following their stoic father's journey of love, loss, and acceptance.

LOGLINE: When a father finds himself divorced and raising three boys, he creates a weekly movie night. Struggling to keep his family stable, he learns that you can't win every battle with your kids. You try to win the war, and the war is raising them right.

Aside from the ever-growing popularity of 80's nostalgia - I feel this film will reach a worldwide audience and can help heal and add perspective to those going through, or have gone through, a similar life experience.

Our goal is to shed light on the reality of divorce within families. As a kid who grew up only knowing divorce and seeing the struggles it's brought over the years to my parents and siblings - I've also been witness to the beauty and enlightenment on how to cope with it, grow, and be a better person. We feel that presenting this subject matter to cinema in a nostalgic and relatable way - can be therapeutic. There's so much value in bringing and keeping families together, amidst difficult circumstances.

We're a SAG low budget indie feature - currently in late stages of development...with a name attached. We're looking for generous donors to help us tell our story. All donations are 100% tax deductible!
